David Bowes, Group CEO

David’s mission is to improve operational efficiency and overall business strategy by utilizing his extensive knowledge and experience in delivery and quality control, previously gained from a highly successful career spanning the Automotive, Motorsports and Aerospace Industries. His most recent positions were held at Rover Group as Finance and Manufacturing Strategy Director and as a Director at Lola Group (UK) and Elan Motorsports Group (USA).

Simon Kane, Sales & Marketing Director

Simon has over 30 years’ experience working in sales and commercial roles across a variety of industries.

He is hugely customer focused, has a love of working with different cultures and has visited and worked with customers in over 40 countries since joining Screen in 2001.

Clare Knights, Finance Director

Clare who holds an Honours Degree in Accountancy and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants has worked in a finance position within the broadcast industry for over 15 years.

Clare insists on adopting a proactive approach in her role and uses accurate, timely financial information to help Screen make informed commercial and strategic decisions.

Keith Lucas, Business Development Director

Keith began his successful sales career by selling office equipment & migrating to communication systems for the most part of the 80s & early 90s which included time at Olivetti. Up until 2000 Keith worked in semiconductor distribution before receiving ‘the call’ of the broadcast industry where his true passion lies.

His focus, despite the hard sell, one-off approach of his early career is in account management & nurturing sustainable long term business relationships.

Keith possesses a proven ability to combine Screen’s  technical expertise & knowledge with commercial appreciation to offer the customer the best-fit product suitable to their budget.

Tim Manning, Operations Director

Tim has over 25 years’ experience in engineering in the broadcast arena at Screen Subtitling Systems, with roles that range from Test, Customer Service and more recently Operations.

With extensive experience delivering Screen’s solutions to Customers Tim is passionate about delivering the best customer experience. Tim also works closely with the Production and QC teams and is involved in driving Operational efficiency.
